General Description The user-friendly AOP30 operator panel is an optional input/output device for SINAMICS G130 converters. The operator panel can be used for commissioning, operation, and diagnostic purposes. The AOP30 communicates with the SINAMICS drive via a serial interface (RS232) using the PPI protocol.

Mechanical installation 1. Cut out a 141.5 mm x 197.5 mm section in the cabinet door. 2. Fit the AOP30 operator panel in this cutout section from the outside. 3. Hook the tensioning elements into the openings provided. 4. Tighten the screws by hand to secure the tensioning elements. CAUTION Make sure that the screws for the tensioning elements are not too tight otherwise the operator panel housing may be damaged.
