Possible Cause
The battery charge
voltage or number of
batteries is incorrectly
set.
The battery internal
resistance exceeds the
upper threshold.
The battery float voltage
is above the upper
threshold or below the
lower threshold.
The battery discharge
voltage is below the lower
threshold.

Solution
1. Check that the battery charge voltage and
number of batteries are correctly set on the
UPS.
2. Check that new and old batteries do not
coexist in the same battery string. Mark
abnormal batteries.
3. Compare the charge voltage of the
abnormal battery and that of the normal
battery. Mark abnormal batteries.
4. Compare the internal resistance of the
abnormal battery and that of the normal
battery. Mark abnormal batteries.
5. Fully charge the battery string and prepare
the UPS backup power supply. Then
perform a capacity test to query the SOH of
the battery. If the SOH is abnormal, replace
the abnormal battery.
1. Check that new and old batteries do not
coexist in the same battery string. Mark
abnormal batteries.
2. Compare the float charging voltage of the
abnormal battery and that of the normal
battery. Mark abnormal batteries.
3. Compare the internal resistance of the
abnormal battery and that of the normal
battery. Mark abnormal batteries.
4. Prepare the UPS backup power supply.
Then perform a shallow discharge test and
manually charge the battery in equalized
mode. Ensure that the abnormal battery is
fully charged and turns to float charging
mode. Then check whether the float
charging voltages of the batteries in the
abnormal battery string are consistent.
Mark abnormal batteries.
5. Fully charge the battery string and prepare
the UPS backup power supply. Then
perform a capacity test to query the SOH of
the battery. If the SOH is abnormal, replace
the abnormal battery.
