End of Run

Perform the procedures in this chapter following the completion of each assay.
CAUTION: Do not clean the PMT unit of the AP3600 Instrument.

Rinse and Drain

1. Remove the reagents and Wash Buffer from the AP3600 instrument. Replace all four reagent bottles and the Wash Buffer with bot-
tles containing DI water.

2. Open the Utilities screen.
3. Press the Maintenance Utility button to open the Maintenance Utility screen for rinsing and draining the instrument.
