Problem
The browning unit can-
not be lowered.
Every time the browning
unit is lowered it rises
again slightly after-
wards.

Cause and remedy
The browning unit has not cooled down sufficiently.
 The residual heat indicator must have gone out.
The standing surface has not been positioned cor-
rectly.
 Reposition it correctly.
There is an object between the browning unit and the
standing surface.
 Check whether there is an object between the
browning unit and the standing surface (see
"Safety features / Obstruction sensor").
