C-8. DSP Circuit Board, SUB2 Circuit Board
(Time required: About 9 minutes)
C-8-1 Remove the amp cover assembly. (See procedure C-1.)
C-8-2 Remove the SUB3 circuit board. (See procedure C-2.)
C-8-3 Remove the shield assembly. (See procedure C-3.)
C-8-4 Remove the six (6) screws marked [150] from the
rear panel side. The shield DSP assembly can then
be removed together with the AMPS circuit board,
TWAMP assembly and SUB4 circuit board. (Fig. C-6)
* When installing the shield DSP assembly, fi rst
tighten the two (2) priority screws in order as shown
in Fig. C-6.
C-8-5 Remove the three (3) volume knobs (black), seven (7)
screws marked [160], two (2) hexagonal nuts marked
[A] and two (2) fl at washers marked [B] from the rear
panel side. (Fig. C-7)
C-8-6 Remove the six (6) screws marked [130]. The DSP
circuit board can then be removed together with the
SUB2 circuit board. (Fig. C-6)
C-8-7 Remove the SUB2 circuit board from the six (6)
locking card spacers of the DSP circuit board. (Fig.
C-6)
* The push button HPF, the button joint HPF and the
six (6) locking card spacers are not parts of the
DSP circuit board. When replacing the DSP circuit
board, remove the push button HPF, the button joint
HPF and the six (6) locking card spacers from the
DSP circuit board and install them to the new circuit
board. (Fig. C-6, Fig. C-7)
* The push button HPF and the six (6) ring cushions
are not parts of the SUB2 circuit board. When
replacing the SUB2 circuit board, remove the push
button HPF and the six (6) ring cushions from the
SUB2 circuit board and install them to the new
circuit board. (Fig. C-6, Fig. C-7)
C-9. DC Fan
(Time required: About 5 minutes)
C-9-1 Remove the amp cover assembly. (See procedure C-1.)
C-9-2 Remove the SUB3 circuit board. (See procedure C-2.)
C-9-3 Remove the shield assembly. (See procedure C-3.)
C-9-4 Remove the four (4) screws marked [410] and four (4)
hexagonal fl ange nuts marked [420]. The DC fan can
then be removed. (Fig. C-6)

C-8-3 シールド Ass'y を外します。 （C-3 項参照）
C-8-4 リ ア パ ネ ル 面 か ら [150] の ネ ジ 6 本 を 外 し て、
AMPS シート、TWAMP Ass'y、SUB4 シートと共
にシールド DSP Ass'y を外します。 （図 C-6）
※ シールド DSP Ass'y を取り付けるときは、優先ネジ 2
本を図に示す順番で先に締めてください。 （図 C-6）
C-8-5 リアパネル面からノブ VR（黒）3 個と [160] のネ
ジ 7 本、[A] の六角ナット 2 個、[B] のワッシャー
2 個を外します。 （図 C-7）
C-8-6 [130] のネジ 6 本を外して、SUB2 シートと共に
DSP シートを外します。 （図 C-6）
C-8-7 DSP シートのロッキングカードスペーサ 6 箇所か
ら SUB2 シートを外します。 （図 C-6）
※ ボタン HPF 1 個とボタン継ぎ手 HPF 1 個、ロッキング
カードスペーサ 6 個は、DSP シートの構成部品ではあ
りません。DSP シートを交換する際には、DSP シート
からボタン HPF 1 個とボタン継ぎ手 HPF 1 個、ロッキ
ングカードスペーサ 6 個を取り外して、新しいシートに
取り付けてください。 （図 C-6、図 C-7）
※ ボタン HPF 1 個とリングクッション 6 個は、SUB2 シー
トの構成部品ではありません。SUB2 シートを交換する
際には、SUB2 シートからボタン HPF 1 個とリングクッ
ション 6 個を取り外して、新しいシートに取り付けてく
ださい。 （図 C-6、図 C-7）
C-9. DC ファン

C-9-1 アンプカバー Ass'y を外します。 （C-1 項参照）
C-9-2 SUB3 シートを外します。 （C-2 項参照）
C-9-3 シールド Ass'y を外します。 （C-3 項参照）
C-9-4 [410] のネジ 4 本と [420] の六角フランジナット 4
個を外して、DC ファンを外します。 （図 C-6）
