Enrolling Mini Field Agent Using iPhone App

This enrollment method is currently only available on the Mini Field Agent when using a cellular connection or a WAN
connection that does not require a network proxy. The GE Energy Connections Field Agent Manager iPhone app is available
to GE employees in the GE App Store. It will be available to all customers through the Apple App Store® in a future release.
The enrollment process involves the following activities.
1. Put the Mini Field Agent in Configuration Mode using the MFA Push Button. See instructions in section,
Configuration Mode.
2. Open the Field Agent Manager app and login to the EdgeManager tenancy with a user who has both Operator and
Technician credentials.
To add a new tenant select Add a Tenant from the login screen. Enter the Mobile Tenant Code, which is the tenant
identifier in the customer's EdgeManager URL. For example, the Mobile Tenant Code for the EdgeManager URL

3. To enroll a device select Add from the List view and follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Verify the MFA is Online. The Field Agent should appear in the Field Agent Manager list of devices with a green
circle to indicate that it is Online.
5. The MFA can then be selected to view status information and deploy configurations.
