Passports do not scan properly
Cannot turn on the power
The scanner does not turn ON
when the power switch is
pressed.
An "invalid password" error
message appears even when
the correct password is entered.
Cause
The specified paper size is too small.
Specify a larger paper size (e.g., A4) for the [Paper Size] setting in the

Scan / Send Settings screen. (Refer to p. 86 of the ScanFront 400
INSTRUCTIONS.)

A feed error related to the thickness of the paper occurred.
Set [Resolution (dpi)] to 300 dpi or less in the Scan / Send Settings
