Possible cause
If the Control Unit does not
detect the connected USB
memory stick, it will
automatically record on the
internal memory.
Incorrect microphone mode
selected.
Configuration switch at base
of Discussion Device
incorrectly set.

Possible solution
– Replace the (bad) USB
memory stick.
Check microphone mode and
change mode if required.
Set the configuration switch
to either Participant's device
or Chairperson's device. See
Discussion Device, page 27.
The configuration mode can
still be switch on in the Seat
page of the web browser.
