  • Page 49 5. Re-assemble Steps (1) User tweezers to assemble the receiver on LCD module, remind that its shrapnels are downward. (2) Assemble the side key FPC. Use tweezers to paste the side key FPC aligning to two positioning holes. (3) Assemble MB assembly. Firstly, assemble the front camera and rear camera on MB connector.
  • Page 50 (4) Assemble MB module on LCD module. Firstly, assembly the MB in the housing, use tweezers to lock 2pcs MB screws, then connect the LCD FPC and remind that FPC’s white line should be parallel to connector cover. Thirdly, connect the side key FPC to MB.
  • Page 51 (5) Assemble the Sub. Firstly, fix the Sub according to the positioning hole, then connect Sub with TP FPC, remind that FPC’s white should be parallel to connector cover. Finally, twist the motor coil for 2 circles and fix the motor on the groove.

    CHAPTER 4 Diagnostic Tool SOP Diagnostic Tool APK SOP 1. Introduction This SOP is available for simple tests of hardware devices by customer service maintenance personnel, such as key, LCM, SD, camera. Results of tests will be written into log for research designer to analyze. This SOP mainly includes tool installation guide, operating interface and function introduction of each test item.
