ON/OFF/VOLUME
To operate the radio, turn the ignition switch to the ACCESSORY (I) or ON
(I I) position. Then, turn the On/Off/Volume knob clockwise. The radio will
come on and display the frequency to the station it was last tuned to. To
turn the system off, turn the knob in a counterclockwise direction. The
antenna also retracts automatically if the ignition switch is turned off.
To increase the volume, turn the knob further clockwise. To decrease
volume, turn the knob counterclockwise.
Fader/Balance
Use the Fader and Balance controls to adjust the sound "direction." The
Fader (FAD) control adjusts the sound between the front and rear
speakers. The Balance (BAL) control balances the volume between the
left and right speakers.
To use either the Fader or Balance control, push on the knob to pop the
controls out. Turn the outside ring left or right to adjust the front-to-rear
sound.
Adjust side-to-side sound balance with the knob.
