Product Overview

The Canon imageRUNNER 5570/6570 (Segment 4) are Black & White
multifunction copiers with speeds of up to 55-cpm and 65-cpm. These MEAP
(Multifunctional Embedded Application Platform) enabled devices feature the
latest Canon Controller. These devices are successors to the imageRUNNER
5000/6000 Series and imageRUNNER 5020/6020 Series. The features of both
models are identical, except for speed and copy volume.
Certain optional software features are preinstalled on these units and to activate
the software programs, the feature must be licensed through the LMS (License
Management System) server. This replaces the need for additional hardware or
dongles to activate new software. Refer to the
details.
Effective July 1, 2005, access is limited to the Technical Support Center to
certified technicians. Please refer to the
information.
As an Energy Star Partner, Canon U.S.A., Inc. has determined that these
products meets the Energy Star guidelines for energy efficiency.

Induction Heating Technology

The imageRUNNER 5570/6570 devices use Induction Heating (IH)
Technology,
approximately 30 seconds and First Copy Out Time (FCOT) to
approximately 3.3 seconds.
