Troubleshooting

Before you call for service, determine the symptoms and make a few simple checks as shown below.
Symptom
No picture is displayed
Interference displayed on this Display
or audible noise is heard
Color is abnormal
Picture is distorted with abnormal
patterns
After changing input source or signal,
Picture is not displayed correctly.
Display image doesn't fill up the full
size of the screen
Can hear sound, but no picture

Possible Cause
1. The power cord is disconnected.
2. The main power switch on the back
of this Display is not switched on.

remain on this Display.
