    If this information does not agree with the type of gas available, check with your KitchenAid dealer. Provide a gas supply line of 3/4" (1.9 cm) rigid pipe to the range location.
  • Page 5 Now start... With range in kitchen. Put on safety glasses and gloves. Remove shipping materials, tape and protective film from range. Keep cardboard bottom and shipping base under range. Remove oven racks and parts package from inside oven. If you have a slide-in range, remove back vent package from range top.

    Check that the gas shutoff valves are set to the “OPEN” position. Repeat Step 22. If a burner does not light at this point, contact your KitchenAid dealer or authorized service company for assistance.
