3.4 ETERNUS Disk Storage System Driver Notes
When connecting the server to the ETERNUS Disk storage system with multipath configuration,
using the path redundancy control (path fail-over) function with a driver for ETERNUS Disk
storage systems, one of the following drivers is required by the server:
Windows Server® 2008 R2
Windows Server® 2008
Windows Server® 2003
Windows® 2000

Even when single-path connection is used between the ETERNUS Disk storage system and
server, an event log extraction capable ETERNUS Disk storage system compatible driver
(ETERNUS Multipath Driver or GR Multipath Driver) may be required by the server, as detailed in
the following table:
