o The temperature can be set from 50°C – 230°C. When the
desired temperature is displayed, release all buttons and after a
few seconds the new temperature will be set.
o During heating, the "°C" symbol will flash to indicate that the
oven is heating up or cooling down to reach the selected
temperature. When the set temperature is reached the symbol
stops flashing and the oven beeps.

Residual heat

o After the appliance has been used, the display will show the
internal temperature of the oven, even when it is no longer
heating, until it falls to 50°C.
o Residual heat in the oven cavity can be used to keep foods warm
or complete the cooking process gently as an energy saving
method.
o IMPORTANT: Even when the internal temperature drops
below 50°C it may still be hot enough to cause burns or
other injuries.
