Toll Restriction Override by Account Code Entry
Description
Allows the extension user to override toll restriction temporarily to make a toll call from a toll-
restricted telephone. The user can carry out this feature by entering the appropriate account
code before dialling the telephone number.
Conditions
• The toll restriction level of the user is changed to level 2 by this feature. Thus this can be
used by extension users assigned a toll restriction level from 3 through 8. The levels 1 and
2 are not changed.
• A Class of Service which is assigned Account Code Entry — Verified Toll Restriction
Override permits the class members to override their toll restrictions.
• Up to 40 account codes can be programmed for Verified Account code operation. These are
used for Toll Restriction Override.
• If the user does not enter any account code or enters an invalid account code, an ordinary
toll restriction check is done.
