ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION

CAUTION: For Your Health & Safety
DO NOT turn on hot and cold power switches at same time.
Doing so may cause damage to water cooler.
•
If water bottle is equipped with cap closure, remove cap seal label
only from water bottle. Then lift water bottle and place it into the
water guard and press it down on the probe. (Water bottle not
included) If water bottle cap does not have cap closure, you will need
to remove entire cap and quickly lift and turn the bottle and place it
into the water guard.
•
Press facets one at a time to release air until water flows from taps.
Note the Hot button is equipped with a child safety lock to prevent
spilling of hot water. To release hot water flow you will need to press
both levers together between thumb and forefinger prior to pushing
down on tap.
•
Never operate cooler without water in unit. Doing so may cause the
unit to catch fire or malfunction and will void any warranties.
•
Insert power plug into 115 volt outlet, then turn on the switches
(DON'T TURN ON THE SWITCHES AT THE SAME TIME) to
start the machine, heating and cooling lamp will light up. Once
preset temperatures are established the lights will go off.
•
The coolers hot & cold water thermostats have been preset at
factory and require no adjustment.
•
If water cooler is purchased during winter or has been stored
outside, allow it to warm up to room temperature before plugging in.
The thermostat will be affected by temperature of both water and the
water cooler itself.

Antes de limpiar la unidad, deje el enfriador de agua desconecta-

Resulta mejor limpiar la unidad y el área alrededor cuando se
remueve el botellón de agua vacío. En esta forma la unidad
puede moverse más fácilmente sin el peso del botellón.
•
Las superficies exteriores de la unidad deben limpiarse con un
paño suave humedecido y con jabón de lavar platos.
•
Remueva el botellón vacío y desconéctelo del receptáculo de
botellón, girándolo en la dirección contraria de las manecillas de
reloj.
•
Lave el receptáculo para botellón con jabón de lavar platos.
•
Las bandejas de goteo deben limpiarse semanalmente para
evitar la aparición de bacterias.
•
Se recomienda que el interior del enfriador de agua se lave por
lo menos dos veces al año. No desarme la unidad. Simplemente
vierta una pequeña cantidad de vinagre blanco en la unidad y
enjuague con agua abundante y deje que drene a través del
tapón de drenaje. En esta forma se removerán las incrustaciones
minerales. Luego, vuelva a colocar el tapón de drenaje
(apretándolo con la mano únicamente) y el receptáculo para
botellón y déjelo secar por 2 horas antes de colocar el nuevo
botellón y enchufar la unidad en el receptáculo eléctrico. El
lapso de tiempo entre limpiezas deberá variar según la dureza
del agua que se use.
•
Drene los tanques de agua caliente removiendo el tapón de
drenaje ubicado en el respaldo de la unidad. Advertencia: Para
evitar lesiones causadas por el agua caliente deje el enfriador de
agua desconectado por unas 10 horas antes de remover el tapón
de drenaje.
