Removing the Battery Cover and Battery.

Press on the latch on the back of the transceiver and lift off the battery cover.
Lift up on the bottom of the battery and remove from the transceiver.

Charging the battery

With the battery attached to the phone, plug the connector into the right socket at the base
of the phone.

If the battery is completely discharged, the battery icon will only appear 2 to 3 minutes after
you connect the charger.

The battery icon on the transceiver's display indicates the state of the charge
