Pre-Ride Inspection WARNING - Perform this pre-ride inspection prior to operating the vehicle. If not performed, serious damage to the vehicle or personal injury may result. ENGINE OIL LEVEL - Add oil if required. Check for leaks. Tighten filler cap securely. FUEL LEVEL - Add fuel as necessary.

Throttle Pedal The right foot pedal is the throttle that controls the kart speed. As the engine speed increase above idle, the clutch automatically engages and moves the vehicle forward. To disengage the clutch at any time, allow the throttle to return to idle position. WARNING: Each time prior to starting the engine, check the throttle assembly to ensure that when the pedal is pushed all the way forward the assembly is working smoothly and returns to idle when released.

Headlight Switch To turn the headlights on, toggle the “HEADLIGHT SWITCH” to “ON” position. To turn the headlights off, toggle the “HEADLIGHT SWITCH” to “OFF” position. WARNING: Your vehicle is equipped with headlights are suited for day light use only. Do not attempt to ride your vehicles at night time without proper lighting and visibilities.

SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS Air Cleaner This unit is equipped with a foam-style air filter and should be replaced after every 20 hours of operating.
