1. Precautions in disassembly and reassembly

The [Bold] numbers in the description below correspond to the item numbers in the Parts List and the
exploded assembly diagram for the Model CR 13V2.
Before starting disassembling or replacing the blade, be sure to disconnect the power plug from the power
supply.
1. Disassembling the Front Cover (F) (Fig. 1)
Use a flat-blade screwdriver or similar tool to remove the Nylock Bolt (W/Flange) M5 x 12 [15], Base (F) [1],
and Cover Pin [3], and then pull the Front Cover (F) [2] away from the main body.

2. Disassembling the Gear Cover (F) (Figs. 2 and 4) and blade mount (Fig. 3)
With the armature assembly fan secured, loosen the Nylock Bolt (W/Flange) M6 x 35 [16] beforehand
(about two turns). Remove the four Machine Screws (W/Washers) M5 x 60 (Black) [47], and then remove
the Gear Cover (F) [4] from the main body. Remove the Nylock Bolt (W/Flange) M6 x 35 [16] and Washer
(G) [17]. The Second Shaft (F) [31] and Sub Shaft (B) [26] can now be removed from the Gear Cover (F)
[4] as one assembly.
