    Using the gas hob Before first use IMPORTANT: You should clean the hob surface (see “Cleaning and maintenance” section).     Gas tap maintenance These maintenance operations MUST ONLY be carried out by a GASSAFE registered engineer. IMPORTANT: Before carrying out any maintenance operations, disconnect the appliance from the gas and electricity supplies.
