1. Set Inspection

1.1 Application

The inspection procedures specified in this item shall be applied to the inspection of the LCD1920Nx unit.

1.2 Inspection conditions

Unless otherwise specified, inspection shall be carried out under the following conditions.

1.2.1 Power source voltage

AC voltage: 100 - 120V/220 - 240V ± 10% 50/60Hz

1.2.2 Equipment to be used

The signal generator VG-819 which can generate an adjustable output or equivalent can be used.
The signal timing for the inspection ROM shall conform to the table provided in Paragraph 1.2.8 herein.

1.2.3 Brightness setting

Unless otherwise specified, all the inspection shall be carried out under the condition that the LCD
brightness is set at the highest level.

1.2.4 Inspection mode

Each inspection shall be carried out in the inspection mode specified in each relevant inspection item.
The detailed setting for each mode shall be specified in Paragraph 1.2.7 herein.

1.2.5 OSD functions

If checking and operation by OSD are specified in each inspection item, display and operation of the OSD
shall be carried out by operating the buttons of the unit under inspection, according to the instructions.
Outline operation is described in Item 1.3, "Operation of OSD control."

1.2.6 Configuration of inspection jigs

1) A video signal generator shall be used, which can generate an output of the VG-819 unit or equivalent.
2) Graphic Board, Model : Matrox Millennium G550 (Manufactured Matrox Electronic Systems Ltd.)
3) PC/AT interchange personal computer.
4) DVI-D to DVI-D Signal Cable.
