Before you start: Check that the voltage of the extra power supply is the same with the NVR’s requirement, and the ground connection is working properly.

    User Manual of Network Video Recorder 5.1 Configuring Parameters Purpose: By configuring the parameters you can define the parameters which affect the image quality, such as the transmission stream type, the resolution and so on. Before you start: 1. Make sure that the HDD has already been installed. If not, please install a HDD and initialize it. (Menu>HDD>General) Figure 5.

    User Manual of Network Video Recorder 5.3 Configuring Motion Detection Recording Purpose: Follow the steps to set the motion detection parameters. In the live view mode, once a motion detection event takes place, the NVR can analyze it and do many actions to handle it. Enabling motion detection function can trigger certain channels to start recording, or trigger full screen monitoring, audio warning, notify the surveillance center and so on.
