    Lite app – which is great for parents. SharePort Mobile technology lets you take advantage of the USB 3.0 port found on the back of your DIR-868L. Plug in a USB storage drive and you can use the SharePort Mobile app for iOS and Android to access iles, stream videos, view photos, or listen to music on your laptop or mobile devices.

    1. Keep the number of walls and ceilings between the D-Link router and other network devices to a minimum - each wall or ceiling can reduce your adapter’s range from 3-90 feet (1-30 meters.) Position your devices so that the number of walls or ceilings is minimized.

    There are several diferent ways you can conigure your router to connect to the Internet and connect to your clients: • D-Link Setup Wizard - This wizard will launch when you log into the router for the irst time. Refer to page 12.

    Wireless Channel: Indicates the channel setting for the DIR-868L. By default the channel is set to 6. The Channel can be changed to it the channel setting for an existing wireless network or to customize the wireless network. If you enable Auto Channel Scan, this option will be greyed out.
