DCC (D-Link Click'n Connect) will auto-detect whether your Internet connection with or without DHCP and diagnose that if DHCP is also available for your IP camera
or not in order to display the next corresponding screen.
With DHCP:
Since DHCP is available for your Internet connection and IP camera, DCC will start DHCP assign automatically for your IP camera and display the following screen
when the process is done.
