MOWING PRECAUTIONS
Before operating the lawn tractor for the first time, please review the
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFOFfMATlON beginning on page 6 and the
previous section, titled BEFORE OPERATION.
Even if you have operated other lawn tractors, take time to become
familiar with how this lawn tractor works, and practice in a safe area
until you build up your skills.
Never tamper with, or alter any of the controls or safety devices on
the lawn tractor.
For your safety, avoid starting or operating the engine in an enclosed
area such as a garage. Your lawn tractor's exhaust contains
poisonous carbon monoxide gas which can collect rapidly in an
enclosed area and cause illness or death.
