When transporting
or storing the power carrier, make sure the engine switch
is in the STOP position
and the spark plug cap is disconnected
to prevent
accidental engine start up.
o To avoid severe burns or fire hazards, let the engine cool before trans-
porting the power carrier or storing it indoors.
ep When transporting
the power carrier, turn the fuel valve to the OFF posi-
tion,
and keep the engine level to prevent fuel spillage. Spilled fuel or
fuel vapor may ignite.
1. Remove the fuel line from the fuel valve and drain the gasoline from the
tank into a suitable container.

Gasoline is extremely
flammable
and is explosive
under certain
conditions.
Do not smoke or allow flames or sparks in the area.

2. To drain the gasoline from the carburetor,
first set the fuel valve to ON,
loosen the drain bolt and drain off the gasoline into a suitable container.
3. Once all the fuel has been drained, reinstall the drain bolt and fuel line
and set the fuel valve to the OFF position.
