Symptom
No picture shown in the screen.
No picture shown in the screen.

Camera image fuzzy or blurred.
The colors in the rear camera are
not "true to life."
There is a bright spot or bright
vertical line on the displayed
image.
The displayed image is too bright
or too dark.

Probable cause
Gearshift lever is not in the "R"
position.
Camera lens may be blocked or
covered.
Camera harness damaged or rear
camera display is function in the
display unit is inoperative.
Camera lens is dirty or wet.
The camera is sensitive to infrared
light, which alters the true colors.
Typically, this is caused either by a
reflection of sunlight from a shiny
part of your vehicle or by a bright
light source, such as the sun or
another vehicle's high beams.
Camera brightness needs
adjustment.

Troubleshooting

Remedy
More the gearshift lever to the "R" position.
Verify that the camera lens is not covered.
See your dealer for assistance.
Clean the lens with a moist soft cloth. Avoid harsh
cleaners or shop towels.
This is normal.

Adjust the brightness using the navigation system's
"Zoom In", and "Zoom Out" controls. See the
Navigation System Manual for details.
