Each washing machine which leaves our
factory is checked carefully to ensure that
it functions properly and is in perfect con
dition. If you have any questions - espe
cially with respect to installing and con
necting your washing machine - please
do not hesitate to contact our customer
service department.
Before you call customer service, please
check whether you can eliminate the fault
yourself (see from Page 46).
A technician who is called out to give ad
vice will charge you, even if the appliance
is still under guarantee.
You can find your nearest customer ser
vice in the enclosed address list. Please
provide customer service with the product
number (E Nr.) and the production num
ber (FD) of the appliance.
To prevent unnecessary call outs, please
assist customer service by quoting the
product and production numbers. This
will save you additional costs.
