Using the show diag Command
Display the types of port adapters installed in your system (and specific information about each) using
the show diag slot command, where slot is the module slot.

Following is an example of the show diag slot command on a Cisco 7200 series router:

Using the show interfaces Command

address) for the interfaces you specify.
