Operating instructions
FOEN® CURLER 1000
This model has a slide switch (Figure 1/D)
with the following switch positions:
0 = OFF
1 = low airflow
2 = high airflow
It also has a «CARE programme» slide switch
(Figure 1/F) to reduce the heat output. This
has the following switch positions:
Switch to the front = reduced heat output
Switch to the rear = normal heat output
FOEN® CURLER 300
This model has a slide switch (Figure 4/D)
with the following switch positions:
0 = OFF
1 = low airflow
2 = high airflow
COOL button (Figure 1/E)
FOEN® CURLER 1000
To help you keep your hair as you have
styled it, it is advisable to finish drying your
hair with cool air.
0 Press the COOL button.
CARE programme (Figure 1/F)
FOEN® CURLER 1000
To select the CARE programme for styling
and drying at a reduced temperature, which
is kinder to your hair, press down the switch
(Figure 1/F) and push to the front. The CARE
programme can be used with both settings
of the airflow slide switch (Figure 1/D).
To switch the CARE programme off, push
the switch (Figure 1/F) back to the original
position. The curling brush now operates
with the full heat output.
Changing accessories
(Figures 2 and 5)
0 Push the button on the side of the
curling brush body to the position
marked
. Remove the accessory you
wish to change.
0 Applying light pressure, push the
accessory you require on to the body.
Rotate the body to the position
marked
. You will hear the acces-
sory click into place.
Small round brush
(Figures 1/A and 4/A)
Before curling, lay strands of hair firmly
over the brush and brush through thor-
oughly from the roots to the ends. Then roll
up the hair strands from the ends to form a
curl. Now switch on the curling brush (set-
ting 1 or 2) and allow the hot air to work
on the curled hair until it is dry. Finally,
press the COOL button (FOEN® CURLER
1000, Figure 1/E) to cool the hair.
Large round brush (Figure 1/B)
FOEN® CURLER 1000
The bristles of the large round brush can be
retracted (Figure 3), allowing easy removal
of the brush once the curl has dried.
Wave nozzle (Figure 1/C)
The wave nozzle concentrates the flow of
air to dry small areas of the hair.
Hanger (Figures 1/G and 4/G)
The integral hanger allows space-saving
storage of the curling brush, ready for use.
