Specific interface locations are illustrated in Figure 1-4, Figure 1-5, and Figure 1-6.

    When you use the Stylistic LT P-600 pen tablet, you can change the current system state in a number of ways, depending on which state the system is in. To determine the current system state, observe the Power icon in the Status display.

    Powering Up the Pen Tablet Follow the procedure below to start the Stylistic LT P-600 pen tablet. Before you begin, confirm that the system is in the Off state. To do so, observe the Status display. If the Power icon is not visible in the Status display, the system is in the Off state or in Save-to-Disk mode and it is safe to perform this procedure.

    Off state. Suspending System Operation The Stylistic LT P-600 pen tablet allows you to suspend the system operation without closing programs or exiting the operating system. Use this feature to conserve battery power when a system shutdown is not practical or when the battery needs to be changed.

    Using the Pen You can use the Stylistic LT P-600 pen to generate and create electronic “ink”, to select items, and to navigate through programs on the pen tablet. The pen can be used like a two button mouse when used in conjunction with the right-mouse button hotpad.

    Utilisation de votre Stylistic LT P-600 Ce chapitre traite des concepts fondamentaux, des principes de base de fonctionnement et d’utilisation et des fonctions système de la tablette Stylistic LT P-600. Vous devez vous familiariser avec toutes ces informations avant d’essayer de faire fonctionner le système.

    Einschalten des Pen Tablets Gehen Sie zum Starten des Stylistic LT P-600 Pen Tablet gemäß den nachfolgend beschriebenen Schritten vor. Zunächst müssen Sie sich jedoch vergewissern, dass sich das System im Ausgeschaltet- Status befindet. Werfen Sie hierzu einen Blick auf das Statusdisplay. Wenn das Betriebssymbol im Statusdisplay nicht angezeigt wird, ist das System entweder Ausgeschaltet oder im Save-to-Disk- Modus, und Sie können die beschriebenen Schritte problemlos ausführen.

    Herunterfahren aus. Das System ist jetzt ausgeschaltet. Einleiten des Suspend-Modus Bei dem Stylistic LT P-600 Pen Tablet können Sie den Suspend Modus einleiten, ohne Programme schließen oder das Betriebssystem beenden zu müssen. Mit Hilfe dieser Funktion können Sie Akkuenergie einsparen, wenn ein Herunterfahren des Systems aus praktischen Gründen nicht möglich ist oder der Akku ausgewechselt werden muss.

    In folgenden Fällen kann eine Kalibrierung des Stiftes erforderlich werden: • Der Stift wird zum ersten Mal benutzt. • Der vorherige Benutzer des Stylistic LT P-600 Pen Tablet hat mit der anderen Hand oder in einem anderen Winkel geschrieben. • Das Gerät war einige Zeit lang ohne Nachkalibrierung des Stiftes in Betrieb.

    Wählen Sie die Registerkarte Pen Calibration, und klicken Sie dann auf Calibrate. 2. Positionieren Sie das Stylistic LT P-600 Pen Tablet genauso wie bei normaler Anwendung. Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie den Stift im üblichen Schreibwinkel halten. Berühren Sie den Bildschirm nur mit der Stiftspitze.

    Restkapazität des Akkus beim Anschließen der externen Gleichstromquelle noch mindestens 90% beträgt. (Dadurch wird der Akku vor Überladung geschützt.) • Der Akku des Stylistic LT P-600 enthält Lithium-Ionen-Zellen, bei denen der sogenannte „ Memory-Effekt“ nicht auftritt. Sie brauchen den Akku vor dem Ladevorgang deshalb nicht zuerst zu entladen.
