Many problems can be solved by making sure the printer is turned on and properly connected to your computer or network before you start the Stylus RIP software, so check these conditions whenever you encounter a problem.

If you’re working with scanned images, check the scanner software settings. Try cleaning the print head with the utilities provided with your printer, then print a few lines to check your output.
