PREPARING
FOR OPERATION
For ease of opemtbn,this toolhas a frontartillery
handle and mar handle. See Figure t This provides
for two-hand operation,which is necessary in order to
maintainproper controlend keep both hands clear of
the sandingdisc and sending area. When operating
your sandorlpolisber, a lways use bothhands. Check
the auxiliary handle beforeeach use and make sure
the handle bolt is tight againstthe housing,
SANDING
Clamp or otherwise secure the work to preventit from
moving underyour sandedpollsher.Secure small
workpieces in a vise or use clampsto secure them to
a workbench.

Hold the tool in frontand away from you, keeping it
clear of the workplace,Start the tool by depressingthe
switchtriggerand letting the motorbuildto its maxi-
mum speed. Gradually lower sender/polisher to the
workpieceat a slight5 ° to 8° angle. See Figure 5.

Always keep the tool in motionmoving over the work,
allowingRto operate freely without unnecessary
pressure.The weight of the unit suppliesadequate
pressure, so let the sandingdisc and sander do the

motor, rapidly wears sandingdiscs and greatly re-
duces sender speed, Excessive pressurewillovedoed
the motorcausing possibledamage from motor
