Read carefully before installing the WIA Driver: When you have set the WIA Driver to start a particular application program when you connect the camcorder, the program may cause an error message similar to the following to appear: “TWAIN data source not found.

    Installing the DVC Storage Driver (Users of Windows 98 Only) If you wish to download MPEG-4 movies to the computer, install the DVC Storage Driver following the procedures below. Connect the power adapter to the camcorder. Turn the POWER switch to PLAY (VCR) and move the TAPE/ CARD switch to CARD.

    Using a PC Card Reader/Writer The basic operations of ZoomBrowser EX are the same as when you connect the camcorder to the computer. Follow the procedure below to open the Camera Window. For instruction on how to connect the PC Card Reader/Writer, please refer to its manual.

    Running a Slide Show You can view selected still images in a slide show. Movies cannot be selected for a slide show. Click [View & Modify] in the Main Window. Click [View as a Slide Show]. Select the images and select [Setup Slide Show].
