7.2 DIAGNOSIS

7.2.1 DISASSEMBLY

- Removing the Case (Not shown)
1. Insert tweezers or a similar tool into the notch of the
Case to remove it.
- Removing the Detach Grill Assy
1. Press the button indicated with arrow to remove the
Detach Grill Assy.
- Removing the Panel Unit
1. Remove the two screws to remove the Panel Unit.

- Removing the Micro Computer Unit
1. Remove the three screws A to remove the Panel.
2. Remove the four screws B.
3. Upright the tabs in two places indicated with arrows.
4. Lift the Micro Computer Unit to remove the conn-
ector. Remove the Micro Computer Unit.

- Removing the Cover
1. Remove the two screws C to remove the Cover.
- Removing the Monitor
1. Remove screw D, then pull out the Monitor.

1. Remove the two connectors.
2. Remove the four screws E. Remove the two rails.
3. Remove the six screws F to remove the LCD Assy.
