Something not working?
Problem
The machine does not fill
The machine fills then
empties immediately
The machine does not
empty and/or does not spin

Possible cause
The water taps are closed.
The water inlet hoses are
squashed or kinked.
The small filters of the water Clean the filters.

A programme which stops

Solution
Open the water taps.
Check the whole length of the
hoses and remove the kink.
Close the door.
Place the hose at the right
height (see Installation
section).
Check the whole length of
the hose and remove the
kink.
Clean the filter or check
the hose.
Empty out the water by
selecting the PUMP OUT or
SHORT SPIN programme.
Redistribute the laundry
Measure detergent
according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
Use a suitable washing
machine detergent.
Check that the hoses are
firmly screwed on at both
ends.
Fully screw the filter into
place.
