Using USB Flash Memory
Formatting USB flash memory
NOTICE
Executing the Format operation will delete all data in the USB flash memory. Before formatting, save important data to a com-
puter or another storage device.

Connect the USB flash memory to the [USB TO DEVICE] terminal.

While holding [FUNCTION] and [PLAY/STOP], press [RECORD].

Press [+] to execute the Format operation.
Dashes appear in succession on the display, indicating that Formatting is in pro-
cess. When the operation is completed, "

nect the USB flash memory.
Copying User Songs in the instrument to a USB flash memory
You can copy the User Song in the instrument to the USB flash memory. The copied Song is saved as SMF format 0 to
the "USER FILES" folder in the USB flash memory, and the file is automatically named as "USERSONG**.MID"
(**: numerals).

For the Copy source, select a User Song in this instrument.

When there is insufficient free memory
capacity in the USB flash memory, the cop-
ied Song cannot be saved. To ensure suffi-
cient memory, try erasing unnecessary files
