Managing Phonebook Records
Once you have selected a record in the Contacts list,
press
to manage the selected record.

Managing records in the phone
When a phone number or fax number is selected, you
can choose the following options:
Send
SMS,
Send business
Edit number
type, Delete,
Voice
dial, Display,
Copy to SIM
and Call.
When a note, email, address or postal code is selected,
you can choose to:
Edit
name, Delete, Edit,
Send business

2.6.4 Memory Status

If you have selected Memory Status option, information
on the capacity of both the SIM phonebook and Smart
phonebook will be displayed, including:
• Used memory;
• Total capacity;
• Percentage of used memory.

2.6.5 Delete All

This function allows you to delete all records in the
SIM phonebook or Smart phonebook. However, once
deleted, the records cannot be recovered. Hence you
will be prompted to confirm before deletion.

2.6.6 Copy All

From SIM card to phone
As long as the memory of the Smart phonebook is not
full, this function allows you to copy records one by
one until all records are copied or until the memory of
the Smart phonebook is full.

By selecting this option, you will copy the name and
card,
number of each record in your SIM card to the
phonebook in your phone, and the phone number on
the SIM card shall be set as the default phone number
(default field) of the name card.
From phone to SIM card
As long as the memory of the SIM phonebook is not
full, this function allows you to copy as many records
in the phone as you can to the SIM card one by one,
until all records are copied or the memory of the SIM
phonebook is full.
