After a longer time, the duration for your radio to start charging
increases and can take up to five minutes.
Remove your radio from the charger within 16 hours. Do not store
your radio while connected to the charger.
Remove the battery before storing your radio.
Batteries corrode over time and can permanently damage your radio.
Store NiMH batteries in temperatures between -20 to 35°C and in
low humidity. Avoid damp conditions and corrosive materials.

Push-to-Talk Timeout Timer

Push-to-Talk Timeout Timer prevents accidental transmissions and saves
battery life. If you press the PTT button for more than 60 seconds, your
radio plays a continuous warning tone and stops transmitting.

Channels and Frequencies

The Family Radio Service (FRS) device is approved for USA and
Canada.
