11. INSTALLATION

11.1 Installing in kitchen units

Veneers, adhesives or plastic coatings on adjacent furniture should be temperature-resistant (no less
than 90°C). If they are not sufficiently temperature-resistant, they may warp over time.
The appliance must be installed by a qualified technician and according to the regulations in force.
Depending on the type of installation, this appliance belongs to class 2, subclass 1 (Fig. A - Fig. B) or to
class 1 (Fig. C).
It may be installed next to walls, one of which must be higher than the worktop, at a minimum distance of
50 mm from the side of the appliance, as shown in figures A and C relative to the installation classes.
Make sure that there is a minimum distance of 750 mm between the stoves of the hob and any shelf that
may be installed directly above it. If a hood is installed above the hob, refer to the hood instruction
manual to ensure the correct clearance is left.
