Displays the currently selected program
source (tape/CD/FM/AM) and the DSP
mode.
RELEASE (front panel release) button ®
Receptor for the remote commander
MUTE button
Press to mute the sound momentarily.
Press again to restore the same volume
level. This button is also canceled in the
following cases:
— when the + side of the ["\_/*) button
or the OFF button is pressed.
— when ejecting a cassette by pressing the
button during tape playback.
— when the ignition key of your car has
been turned to the OFF position for more
than eight seconds.

Press to turn off the unit.

Main (current operation) display window
Displays the information of the currently
selected program source such as the tape
transport direction, the elapsed playing time
of a disc and the current time etc.
