TRANSPARENCY SWITCH
The
transparency option is
a
front panel switch.
When used, the effect of this switch is to allow the
transmitting or receiving of non- USASCII codes.
This TRANSPARENCY switch is used with" either
a tape reader and pWlch or with an auxiliary device
that uses non-USASCII codes. All decoding is in-
hibited. Remote control of the punch or reader is
not possible but a received "Break" will stop a
transmitting tape reader.
