Cautions on Disassembly
Follow the below-mentioned
notes when disassembling the
unit and reassembling it, to keep its safety and excellent
performance:
1. After servicing the unit, be sure to rearrange the leads
where they were before disassembling.
2. Take
sufficient care
on static electricity of integrated
Circuits and other circuits when servicing.
[A] REMOVAL OF FRONT/REAR CABINET
1. Remove
four screws from the rear cabinet. See Fig. 2—3.
2. Remove
a speaker socket from the P.W.B. unit. Then the
front and rear cabinets can be taken out.
REMOVAL OF DIAL PLATE
1. Remove the dial pointer from
the frame. See Fig. 2—4.
2. Remove
the dial plate from the frame. At this time, take
care not to damage the stoppers located at the frame and
the dial plate.
