In the stand-by mode, the display shows
the current time and date, and the number
of new Caller ID calls.
(Ex. 7 new calls have been received.)
When the clock needs adjusting, the time
and date flash (p. 18).
"EA"
is displayed when the ringer
volume is set to "Off" (p. 17).
The display shows the volume level.
You can select:
—4 levels {1-4} while using the handset
(p. 23) or optional headset (p. 53).
—8 levels (1-8) while using the
speakerphone (p. 23).
When a call is received, the display shows
the caller's name and number after the
first ring.
This is a name from the Caller List.
The display shows:
—the caller's name,
—the caller's number,
— the time and date of the last call
(ex. Jun. 10, 3:10 PM),
—the number of times called (ex. 3 times),
and
— if it is a new call or not.
