Item to be Checked

Check the power voltages (V+1R8DSP,
V+1R5DDR3, V+1DSP, V+1DSP_SMART).
Check that the frequency at
DSP_CORECLKP (IC301-pin AD18),
DSP_CORECLKN (IC301-pin AE19),
DSP_DDRCLKP (IC301-pin A22),
DSP_DDRCLKN (IC301-pin B22) are
approx. 66.6 MHz.
Check that the signals of the DSP_RST
line are H.
Check the connection between the
MAIN CPU (IC10), FPGA (IC1201) and
DSP (IC301).
Check the connection between the
DSP (IC301) and SDRAM (IC501, IC502).
If the symptom persists after the above
corrections.

V+3R3_LAN_HUB line.
Check that the frequency at
RMII_REF_CLK (IC604-pin 28) of
LAN-HUB & PHY (IC604) is 50 MHz.
Check that the signals of the ETHER_RST
line is H.
Check the connections of communication
line between the MAIN CPU (IC10) and
LAN-HUB & PHY (IC604).
If the symptom persists after the above
corrections.

Corrective Action
If it is judged as NG, the DSP (IC301) or DDR3
(IC501, IC502) does not work properly or
communication between the MAIN CPU (IC10)
and DSP is not established. Proceed as follows:
The DSP (IC301) requires four power supply
systems. Check the connections of the power
supply lines. The power supply lines may be
loosely connected. Correct it if it is.
Check the connection of the X1201, IC1214
and IC1201.
The signal line may be loosely connected.
Correct it if it is.
If the signal of the CPU_DSP_RST line is L, the
port of MAIN CPU (IC10) may be damaged.
If the signal of the DSP_RST line is L, check the
connection of the logic IC (IC8) and its periphery.
Check the connections between MAIN CPU
(IC10), FPGA (IC1201) and DSP (IC301).
The signal line may be loosely connected.
Correct it if it is.
Check the connections between DSP (IC301)
and DDR3 (IC501, IC502).
The signal line may be loosely connected.
Correct it if it is.
Replace the MAIN CPU (IC10).
Corrective Action
LAN-HUB & PHY (IC604) has a function as
PHY CHIP. If it is judged as NG, the LAN-HUB &
PHY (IC604) does not work properly or
communication between the MAIN CPU (IC10)
and LAN-HUB & PHY is not established.
Proceed as follows:
Check the connections of the power supply lines.
The power line may be loosely connected.
Correct it if it is.
Check the connections between X604 and
LAN-HUB & PHY (IC604).
The signal line may be loosely connected.
Correct it if it is.
Check the connection of the ETHER_RST line.
The signal line may be loosely connected.
Correct it if it is.
Check the connections between MAIN CPU
(IC10) and LAN-HUB & PHY (IC604).
The signal line may be loosely connected.
Correct it if it is.
Replace the LAN-HUB & PHY (IC604).
