Windows recovery function

If the Samsung Recovery application is not supported by the product, reinstall Windows using the recovery function of Windows.
Reinstalling Windows will erase all data saved on the product.
Back up applications and personal data to an external storage device before reinstalling Windows.

Select Reset this PC → Get started.

Select Keep my files or Remove everything.
