USING YOUR OVEN

BEFORE USING THE OVEN FOR THE FIRST TIME:
• Wash all the oven accessories with mild dish detergent rinse thoroughly with
clean water.
• Dry all accessories thoroughly and reassemble in the oven.
• Heat up the oven at MAX temperature for approximately 15 minutes to
eliminate packing odour that may remain after shipping.
It is normal for the appliance to produce some smoke or a "new oven" smell
when used for the first time. This is completely normal and will soon dissipate.
It is normal for the stainless steel sole to change colour during first uses.
A slight noise produced by the expansion of the sole may be heard while
oven temperature is increased.
HOW TO BAKE
1. Place the grill at the desired level.
2. Place the tray on the grill & close the oven door.
3. Turn the timer dial to the desired cooking time.
Using the timer: Turn the button all the way and dial back to the desired time.
4. Turn the Temperature Selector to the desired temperature.

HOW TO USE THE ROTISSERIE FUNCTION
1. Set the Temperature Selector to the desired temperature.
2. Turn the Element Selector dial to the position "
3. Insert the pointed end of the Rod through one skewer, making sure the
points of skewer face in the same direction as the pointed end of the rod.
Slide skewer towards the square end of the rod and secure with a thumb
screw.
4. Place food to be cooked on the rod by running the Rod directly through
the centre of the food.
5. Place the second skewer into the other end of the Rod and secure
with the thumbscrew.
6. Check the food is centred on the Rod.
It is important that food items be well centred onto the rod because if the
weight is not evenly distributed the cooking will not be ideal and undue
stress will be placed on the motor.
7. Insert the pointed end of the Rod into the drive socket and make sure the
square end of the Rod rests on the support.
8. Turn the Timer to the desired cooking time.

grooves on either side of the Rod. Lift the left side of the Rod first by lifting
it up and out .Then pull the Rod out of the drive socket and carefully remove
