Cover presence switch (intrusion switch)

Prerequisite
Before you start, read Chapter 1 "Important safety information" on page 1 and print the following
instructions.
For access, do the following:
1. Remove the following parts in order, if any:
• "Computer stand" on page 51.
• "Rear I/O cover" on page 54.
• "System board shield" on page 55.
• "VESA mount bracket" on page 57.
2. Disconnect the cover presence switch cable (intrusion switch cable) from the system board.
