Help
The wireless portable speaker does not turn on.
•
The battery level is too low. Recharge your speaker.
The wireless portable speaker does not connect with the Bluetooth device.

Ensure the Bluetooth function of the Bluetooth device has been turned on.
•
Ensure the Bluetooth function of the previous connected device has been
turned off.
•
Ensure you follow the instructions in this user manual to connect
the speaker (see page 8).
The wireless portable speaker keeps disconnecting.

operated within range.
